*We do not offer direct shipping quotes. Please use the resources below to estimate the cost for shipping to your home country.

You will be sent your shipping charge after your item has been sent to your home country. This invoice also includes all your shipping information, including, weight, items sent, as well as your tracking number. You can pay for this invoice the same way you pay for auctions, through the shopping cart link. To request a shipment to your home country, visit here.

• Your shipping charge is the actual Japanese Postal charge at the current yen rate on our site plus a 25% handling fee. Please see our shipping page for rates.

Shipping Costs
You will be charged a minimum rate of $10 for shipping within Japan. This amount is included in your invoice. If the cost of shipping is above $10, you will be charged the excess in a seperate invoice. Auctions are not combined for any reason.

Ship Request
Please go here for a ship request. Before making a ship request, please log-into your account and make sure your items have arrived at the warehouse. Please read the ship request form carefully so you do not make any mistakes resulting in a shipping delay.

Item Storage & Penalty Fees
We do not store items for you in Japan. If an item is too large to hold for your 2 month storage period, we send it automatically. Items that have been at the warehouse for over 2 months without a ship request from you, will be sent automatically and you will be charged a 25% storage fee.

Bidding on Car Parts
Required reading if you are bidding on car parts through Rinkya. There are surcharges, as well as strict size & weight limits involved when bidding on car parts.

Bidding on Glass Cases
We cannot send glass cases through the mail. If you bid on a glass item you have 2 choices; A $80 disposal fee per item (charged by the sanitation department), or we can ship it for a $100 additional fee on top of your shipping. If you choose to have your item shipped and it breaks, you cannot claim insurance on it and we will not be held responsible. When in doubt, please use the Can I Bid? form.

Shipping Limits
Size & weight limits of using Rinkya. Please note that if you purchase an item that goes over the size & weight requirements, you will be charged a $100 penalty fee in addition to having to pay for very expensive freight shipment from Japan. 

Please do not go over the limit as we cannot ship cars, bikes, arcade game cabins, etc.

Rinkya will not add, remove or modify your merchandise in any way. Please do not ask.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Items
Rinkya places insurance on all items unless you request otherwise. We insure for the amount you win your item for.

If your item is ruined, damaged, missing, etc., you must open it in front of a postal worker to make your insurance claim.

Rinkya is not responsible for damaged, ruined, missing items. All items are insured and any incident should be taken up with the post office. Rinkya will provide you with the necessary information to help with your claim.
