When bidding against another Rinkya bidder, this system is necessary to
allow for more than one bidder on the same item.
It also helps you actually SAVE money.
- Closing price on Yahoo Japan is 10,000yen
- Rinkya Bidder Abid 11,500 yen on the Rinkya system

bid 100,000 yen on the Rinkya system

Normally
if you were to bid
against a Rinkya bidder outside the Rinkya system, you would have to
pay the 13,000yen closing price.
Almost a $20 difference!!!
Please do not be concerned about bidding against yourself and raising your amount. It is not possible to bid against yourself with the same ID.
Other Fees
Unfortunately there may be some extra fees associated with your auction
that will not be included in your final invoice and you will be billed
with a seperate invoice for.
These may/may not include the following:
- 3% fee that seller has charged us.
- 5% tax that seller has charged us.
- Handling Fee that seller has charged us.
- Surcharge for items that use more time & supplies to pack than normal.
- $20 late payment fee.
- Shipping charge to your home country. (Actual postal charge plus 25%).
- 25% penalty fee for leaving items in the warehouse over 60 days without requesting shipment.
- Shipping within Japan that exceeds $10.
- $20 fee for bidding on non-auction items and/or cancelling items, which may/may not include seller's fees of 3% and/or listing fee.
- $100 penalty fee if bidding on a non-auction or cancelling an auction results in a negative.
- Car parts surcharges. (Located here).
- In accordance with our credit agreement, you will be responsible for collection costs. (Unpaid auctions).

Dutch/Manual Bidding
Rinkya does not support dutch auctions (where more than one of the same item is for auction). Rinkya also does not do manual bidding under any circumstances.
